ok, so in regards to resolution 9, who exactly is MCA international and what consulting services did they offer ? and secondly if this is voted down they still get those shares but it will be part of the 15% the company can issue without shareholder approval. In other words if they are approved then the company can issue that many more shitty cheap shares if they so desire. So what are peoples thoughts on that one ?
