Does anyone know the 6 digit control number? Its the same for all CAY shareholders. I deleted my emails after voting but I need to explain to a friend how to do it and that number is sure going to help before I even begin.

Also it was bought up on ** but I never saw it mentioned here on HC, participants of the CR can vote NO. It says on Canyons notice of general meeting and explanatory memorandum " The company will disregard any votes cast in favour by.....participants". It does NOT say they cant vote NO so participants are allowed to vote NO.

This was probably allowed because the board realise there are ethical & loggical participants out there who know its a sham and a dud deal.

I voted FOR 1, 3, 9

I voted AGAINST 2, 4-8

Just my personal preference but as most have stated IT IS VITAL YOU VOTE ESPECIALLY IF YOU WANT TO TRY TO STOP THESE OPTIONS BEING ISSUED
