Well that’s my voting done. And if it is up to me the options will not get through.
And to value add, after speaking to CAY , anyone who was part of the CR cannot vote on the options, are not entitled to.
Further to the question of Trusts, i bought up the indirect benefit and was advised that they would look into that, as it was a fair question. They conquered that it would be a indirect benefit and would seek clarification on the legalities of it.
