It wont change the exercise price of your options which is 5c.
Its exactly what kgtom said. If we don't say no now they will continue to dilute investors value and fill their pockets. Making an exercise price of 15c makes them work harder and get the results quicker as they will need the share price to go to 20c to get some value to be worth exercising them.
