wrong buddy... the ability to make a profit is not based on what is today... it is based on what is in the future... Wheather it be spotting value, foreseeing an event in the future, or whatever... it all comes down to what happens down the line... If you are investing for today, then forget about shares/options mate.... we live for the future... and in this investment we have many uncertainties which could cause all sorts...
having foresight is probably the most important tool anyone can have... my foresight on U production, a nice uptrending stock, management buying, has caused me a big loss... but I invested my portfolio accordingly, and hold 10% of my portfolio on WCUO... and hold the rest in CUE...
If you dont want to play the Binomial option pricing model game then, well look at it another way... what is a fair price Jan 2010 with U production... 31c... you must be kidding...?
