options-what do you call them?

i call them imperial one, imperial one has one twentieth of bemaxes stock on hand and that is worth $10 mill today,bemax is heading towards 45 cents over the next 3 months that will make the imp holding worth $20 mill,imp's market cap today is $4 mill so in my vew imp can be treated as an option in bmx without an expire date and no exersize price untill they sell their holding and i doubt this veru much. so even in todays terms bmx is worth one cent a share to imp holders.
