    hi everyone,

i just wanted to run something by you all if you dont mind. I have approx 35000 options, which at the current price is obviously only worth just under $900. i could sell on market, but to me a waste of time.

If you take into account the fact that the options being exercised (assuming underwriting goes ahead) will raise approx. 5 million (understand a little dilution occurs) which means if you can hang on, the company will be in better shape after the exercise date than it is now.

I would have thought that the best move would be to hold onto the options (risk losing $900) and waiting to see what the share price is doing in the week between 24th and 30th after the options have stopped trading (as only one way to purchase shares then).

If the PYC share price is above 25, i can take up the options, if it is below, i can buy the shares (or just forget about pyc). i would have thought that the share price may recover after the options are sorted with the cash in the bank.

    appreciate any feedback.
