If my memory serves me right[please correct me if wrong] but as they say it is a strategic investment. I agree. They now have options, what appears to be a large low grade gold deposit in this struggling west African country, anxious for prosperity [unstable now] has good areas of bauxite and most importly IRON ORE. We know that China would love a competitor to BHP, Rio and Vale. They are swarming into AFRICA. It also gives them a second string to their bow.I believe we are in a good hands.
