I considered very similar but came to the comnclusion I wanted to retain and increase PEN to take adavantage of any cap raisings that occurred and get the PENOA for free.
Take all PENOA and you don't get to participate in any CR's unless you convert.
So glad I did what I did.
Management have made it clear they intend to reward LT investors in PEN and they continue to do so. I intend to take advantage of that at every opportunity.
