Yes very disappointing! Shareholders should always get priority over anybody else however the directors decided to give them to stockbrokers that will promote the company.
Lets see if that works.
According to the announcement there was nearly 50% shortfall and not 1 option was given to shareholders applying for the shortfall? Especially when there was an application form....
