I was advised that the OBJ Board are waiting on paperwork from their lawyers. They expect this to be finalized very soon.
At this point they will send a letter out to all s/holders with details and the documentation will follow shortly there after.
It's my prior understanding that we will have 2 weeks from the date of the documentation to forward payment for our new issue.
I assume the new ticker code will be OBJOA (But don't quote me on that)
