so the big seller of PENOC is holding the PENOA back (because the CAN'T be lower ths Cs) and is it also holding the heads back?
(Although I am happier if heads don't run too hard and fast because they will get puffed out and be forced to take a bigger breather.)

I did a calculation some time ago that valued the immediate product expected next year at about 8-ish cent per share, (at that time heads were much lower), so now the sp is starting to ascribe value to the potential inground (and in this respect, there is quite a lot of latitude for sp volatility and downright height)
