Hi Treehouse. The options will normally have a premium attached if the redemption date is some time away, like over 12 months. Does depend on the quality of the company's potential. Simarly the closer they get to the redemption date, the more they will be discounted in relation to the current share price. The number of options to be redeemed will also affect their value.
