PGI
currently has 168M options on issue. Looking at latest quarterly it would appear that they have enough cash/loan available to get to production.
As such it would be advantageous to existing PGI shareholders that the majority of these options do not get exercised.
The reduced number of shares on issue will in theory lead to much higher prices long term.
