Paul100, if I may. I will be exercising %100 of my options in the coming weeks, no matter what happens in the stock market.I will take up my options as I firmly believe that PGI has a great future and will use my small amount of funds to find more gold and silver and dig it up/process it.
Also, credit markets are tightening up more by the minute, so I would much prefer PGI to have a little extra cash on hand and not to rely on more bank debt.
You are correct that B.J has ensured that the company has enough cash to see it through to production. (Including as I have stated elsewhere on the net, by lending the company money personally, if you want 'proof', simply read past asx announcements.
FGX - yes, it would be nice to have a rally to 'motivate' option holders to take up their allotment.(for the reasons stated above)
PJN - %99 agree with all your comments, except for the statement about Management and the options.
I believe, they would have def preferred the company to be in production before they expired, but due to litigation - which was forced upon them, this was not possible. Also, B.J has as far as my maths goes, taken up all 7,000,000 of his options this year. He is 'all in'. Also, only 1 in 6 current shareholders have options, so, I am not totally sure what you mean about not treating the options seriously?
- My personal view is that long term holders of the options 'would have been rewarded' if everything had gone as planned.
- If you check the Oct 2011 Annual report - it shows who has options etc. Hope that helps. (under the top 20 SH).
Stash- %100 agree with you.
I have invested heavily in this company since start-up. PGI is the real deal, a small, highly undervalued Gold/Silver mining company with great Management, great future resource expansion and money making capabilities at the current prices... let alone whatever happens in the future. I mean...
Las Lagunus = $312 cost for production.
Azuay = $423...
i.e. ( I am very happy to be corrected on these figures, I simply got them from current Presentations).
OGC - $986
KCN - $697
NCM - $480
IMHO.
DOYR. Gdluck to all holders.
