I how ever am somewhat lost by your question.

Cygent are the major shareholders and can determine what direction they want the company to go in. They of course may choose not to and sit passively by but the choice is theirs.
If Cygnet chose to support WS and hold an EGM then the board would be removed and we would be a company that has a focus on drilling. That is the controlling power they have. But you knew that.
