They should have shareholders cafes where traders can go and discuss the market. Especially tradable options.
Tradable options are stock which end in O,OA,OB etc.

Yes you have to pay brokerage when you buy and sell tradable options. But to exercise no. You deal directly with the company.
Recently I exercised options RRSO which i purchased for .022 with a exercise-able price of .05.
I exercised the options when the SP was .14 . which basically means i paid .072 for my RRS shares.
I did the same with SXY and others.
One thing to remember options are extremely volatile. They can go up 200% in a day but can also go down as quick.
