Earlier today Moodooa said there was a bid at 1.5 cents for 1.5 million options. There is only 1,153,162 exercisable at 20cps on or before 13th march. You would assume if you are willing to spend that much cash you would know how many are available. Therefore the bid is ridiculous. I havn't checked to see if it is still there.
