They know the company is not flush with funds and progress/ gold production is limited so I would expect they will make an all share takeover offer with their own shares listed on the SGX and provide a facility for CTO share holders to sell their shares in Lion Gold.It would seem Lion gold have access to funds and would probably decide better to use those funds themselves to ramp up the mining and the implied gold production. I feel the next 6 months would be the period in which this could happen. IMHO
