It really shouldn't have to be like that! Call it an oversight but I know of persons in Melbourne who only received theirs according to them on Friday! Not good enough if this is the case and maybe the Company should extend the return period by a week.
P.S. I don't understand why the Company just didn't allocate them to all previous holders. They don't cost anything and there is no obligation to excise them? Maybe they think some people won't be taking them up again?
