1.SMM settle before trial date

2.we go to trial and SMM fold during the trial

3. we win

4. we lose

5.JV is struck

I don't like option 4 & 5

I love options 1,2,3

I stand corrected but it is in the best interest for RM to win this then ramp it up so the SP passes 40c for his big bonus.

a JV doesn't help his cause.

an interesting week lies ahead. perhaps a trading halt after Fridays close till the opening of the trial. I doubt very much if we will go into a trading halt whilst the trial is on.
