I have spoken to RM on this (only a brief telephone interview). In his opinion SMM will need a good and solid reason for an appeal to be granted.
I suppose that’s why it’s taken so long, to ensure SMM cannot be granted an appeal on outstanding matters.
I appreciate any thoughts on this.
