Your 2 bob comment re; no 1, is exactly as my islander friends explained to me months ago. SMM is on the nose as far as he was concerned where RM has worked with the owners.
Don't understand why there needs to be an explination given to SMM from the SI Gov for cancelling their LOI. The owners rejected it ....simple.
But I'm no Lawyer
Great post, good to read now from a few source that the SMM LOI was cancelled before AVQ's LOI was issued.
OH and thank for bringing back some normality to the AVQ tread.
