Any high calibre investor would have very dim views of companies with huge options overhang. Not 'institutional grade' to put it bluntly. Reading between the lines, the recent consolidation and placement all point towards RC making CTP 'institutional grade'. Thus highly unlikely that the options will be re issued. Don't forget that on top of the listed ones CTP have many more unlisted options, including the Freestone ones.

Option holders need not blame anybody. They should have known that the possibility of losing all was always there when holding options. They are also relics of the previous management, who seemed to hand them out like party balloons just to sweeten the cr's.
