LOL! GXY is purely for the speculators!
The way I see it is, the board can't do nothing for the rest of this year and justify their pay. 30 weeks left for a deal to be done with SdV. Also, if they do nothing and are sitting on $60M cash - a bigger fish might take away their power to do anything. I think the options will be in the money well before Dec 31st. Becoming debt free puts us on the radar for larger players who think SdV has value.
