TA wise, can't get too specific with illiquid stocks, so it's really individual choice whether you want to read anything into this, but generally there's a couple of things happening here that i think are good signs, an overall bullish divergence on OBV showing that accumulation/distribution has been building and is coming to a head, a bit of a double bottom has formed on price (with supporting volume) and the chart is pushed up against the trendline ready for a breakout.
This all supports the idea of a reversal looming, which is kind of obvious given the timing of the final study results etc...
