An option becomes a share on payment of 8 cents to TNG, say the share price at end of July 2015 is $1 the option value will be $1 less 8 cents, say 92 cents upon paying of the 8 cents to TNG it then has a share issued to holder of option, whether you buy and sell/trade them is irrelevant in regards to paying the 8 cent in July 15, unless you still hold them you have to pay 8 cent or they expire. Some holders like myself buy them thru out there term 13 months as our average cost is low and return similar to FP. trust this make sense.
