The Nido Management team is on a very, very poor salary. That includes DW.
When you compare HDR's CEO whose on 600k salary, plus bonuses plus options in the millions, DW and the rest earn peanuts.
The options are an incentive to work harder and perform, and in time they will be rewarded through their shares.
