I'm sensing there are many people that don't understand what a RI (rights issue) is... so I hope this helps.

In the case of AUQ we have been presented with the RIGHT to buy shares (Heads) equal to our holdings... in other words if you own 100000 you can purchase up to 100000 shares this is your right.

Now here's the gift for every RI you take up they are giving 1 free option which can be exercised (converted to a ordinary share) @ $0.02 on or before 30 April 2017.

Now you can take up as many of your rights as you choose and posible more or none at all.
