The general feeling from the public is in response to hearing about top execs who produce big losses and falling SPs and then they get 40 /50 million dollar bonuses
As I said my comments are not directed against any board in particular but instead the culture that generally prevails and I believe that the pubic are finally starting to show that they are not prepared to accept it anymore. Much the same as the political scene == either do it right or you will be kicked out
I was surprised when I did a bit of research at the number of boards and directors that have been kicked out in Australia in the last few years by the general shareholders who will not accept anything but a proper job
