Only going from rough memory here - but, I think BHP has lost about 20 BILLION in Market value this year and their CEO is paid about $2 million bucks.
AJX share price has doubled in that time and we are worth about $232 million and our CEO is lightly paid.
Now - what do we want - the returns of BHP ------------ or throw a few options at staff and have the returns of AJX?
