Just want to get a run down on the options and their perceived importance.
Yes they are important from a shareholder perspective but from the companies perspective is it really a big deal for them should they expire that is from the companies perspective. Yes it's cheap way to raise funds but they can still just CR
Is there more to the picture from a management's perspective that would motivate them to get it done?
