1. David and Maria would each personally benefit from the exercise of these options.
2. Conversion to long term and major holders would create far less churn than issuing new shares to SIs.
3. Less work (no need to knock on broker doors etc).
The options will, if converted, fund the open label MK mAB trial which needs to get done because the IP clock is ticking.
