Good question Surandy - I am appalled at this type of thing, but lets wait and see what they propose. If its useful then I might support it, but if its effectively a reward for them to make money because they were at the helm while our price went down then I am dead against it.

Maybe we should ask the ASA if they are going to be looking at this as I know they are against this changing of executives equity stuff when they haven't performed.
