Hi just want to check if I have my logic correct in options trading on equity options.
If the option I bought was a 5c option and the stock price was 10c. If I choose to exercise that 5c option would that mean I would make 5c a share once they become shares correct? Also are their any extra costs than just the brokerage incurred on the exercising of the option?
It has been doing my head in trying to figure it out correctly.
