I'm new to this but my take is 300mil options exercised at .02...

I'm new to this but my take is 300mil options exercised at .02 is $6mil in bank and 'dilution' of said 300mil extra heads. cap raises are normally at a discount to soph investor ect. I believe 'we' are far better off raising through holders converting options than raising through the 'big boys' who can easily 'dump' for 10%+ profit after cap raise ( pending any restrictions put on cap raise shares). Ie the registry will remain more tightly held and better chance of pushing sp higher. Please all the knowledgeable and experienced pull apart and agree/disagree with the above I'm here to learn and only hold a very small parcel in comparison to some that have disclosed.
