No disrespect. But are you buying options without understanding how they work, expiry date, intrinsic value?
I'm assuming you are, otherwise you wouldn't be asking the question. You can sell them on market, just as you bought them, or you can convert them to fully paid shares (CTM) at anytime before the expiry date by paying the strike price of the options. Thirdly you can let them lapse and loose 100% of your investment.
