The options that have been issued to us have a 50 cent strike and are valid for 5 years. Unfortunatrly they also have an "accelerator", wherebt if the closing price is above 78 cents for any 20 day period the company can issue a notification and force us to exercise or let them lapse. An accelerator isnt ideal, however it still gives us good/ great upside
