Given there are about 1,080,956,948 shares on issue, that makes the entire company's value what it currently is.
By putting these options at 10c, are they saying that in two years, the entire company will have no sales growth, no maintenance growth, no investment growth, no cash growth and still be valued at about $115m ?
What sort of incentive is that?
Just tread water and he'll get 2,000,000 more.
