Hi Phil, I see what you are saying.....but....in your last example you have made more profit from options because you effectivley invested $79,000 instead of $43,000.

But I do see how buying options can free up some of your funds to invest elsewhere, you just wanna hope your shares go up in value and not down! Otherwise you might aswell go and buy crappy furniture from Gerry Harvey interest free with no repayments for four years.
