You can buy and trade these options as if they were an ordinary share. They have an excercise price of 20c in July 08. They also will be leveraged against any future price movement in the full share of VRE. But what makes them more attractive to me, is that it takes out short term negative volatility, as the time cost is factored in i.e. the price in 12 month will almost certainly be higher even with corrections etc.

But what I like most about them is that for every doubling in the price of the full share, there will be a tripling in the return on the options, to keep pace. And at the moment, you can get the options for pretty much the same price as the full share... which is crazy IMO.
