You have 2 options, you can request an option conversion form & convert your options to shares or you can sell your options.
If you look up the ADOO ticker you will see the order book.
I personally would only convert the options if it were beneficial to do so, this is generally the case when closer to expiration or you need shares for voting rights.
This is because you will lose the time value in the option if you exercise them. If you sell them in the market, you will be on-selling the time value to the buyer of your options.
