I agree. It doesn't look good does it. Even though they are all ready in the money, it seems that IHL are worried they won't get the oppies over the line because of the lack of news flow and all the delays and are asking for the money now. Perhaps the company foresees more delays and could be in the same place in Sept as now. So. I agree. It does seems a bit questionable to ask options holders to covert right now.
