The Company is issuing Bonus Options on a one for five basis to holders of Shares who are registered as at the close of business on 31 January 2008.
The Bonus Options are being issued free to Shareholders. Fractional entitlements to Bonus Options will be rounded up to the next whole number.The total number of Bonus Options to be allotted will be up to approximately 28.6 million.
The Bonus Options to be issued pursuant to this Prospectus will be issued and holding statements despatched by no later than 14 February 2008, or such later date as determined by the Directors in accordance with the Listing
Rules.
