One would think only holders as at 31/12 will participate.

The price should languish into the third quarter until the opes legal proceedings are finalised and money is in the bank from the new issue of options imo.

At least we will be privy to how many actually renew their options.

ANZ held 27m (if i am reading the writing correctly)options as at 13/7/07 and considering only around 200k were exercised after this date atm should still hold them.

Could go into the bonus pot if ANZ are finished or they could come aboard again ultra cheap and recoup some losses.

Wouldn't think they would be in a hurry with CNN as uranium is at a standstill, the US will flounder for some time, Aquenox doesn't look like floating in the shortterm and they do have BML and ACB to play with in the meantime.

One just has to wait his turn here.
