I think a point we may have all overlooked is the free options.


If all the options get taken up including DR Sun's

183,448,155 times 2cents = 3.66 Million Dollars on top of the 2-3 mill with this raising,very clever indeed.

So if sbn takes off they will have access to potentially another 3+ mill.

That will be future capital coming into SBN as shareholders exercise their options.

So if they can get the share price north of 2c they may never need to do a cap raising again.

I believe this has been a well thought out strategy.
