mudguy, I am going to support you on this one.
Not for the obvious reason but more in relation in that I can understand where your frustration comes from.
I think we are all cohesive in the belief that KEY will be a wealth generator and mudguy is not arguing that issue (correct me if I am wrong).
I am not in a position to elaborate too much as had a long day and a few beers to calm the stress (not investment related).
To summarise my views on this..
- I am happy to take mudguys view on face value as history has proven to me that more in life is genuine than people expect or want to believe.
- A very focussed portfolio does expose one to greater wealth than a diversified one... it can also just plain expose you too..
- When playing with stocks that are volatile (for any number of reasons) people look for reasons rather than accept that simple things just happen.
I am more than confident that KEY is the easiest money I will make in the next 12 months...
I have followed a game of a concentrated portfolio for a fair while, am happy to take the risks and am not playing with borrowed money so able to cop the ups and downs. That said I am far from the wealthiest person on HC....
Options are at a very critical time at the moment, I do not hold any and would not recommend (I am not able to do so anyway) the faint of heart play with them. That said I will probably buy some in the relative near term.
Options are a completely different game to the heads, the heads are very simple risk/ reward scenario. The options need to form a part of a portfolio for those that understand the risk/ rewards.. The rewards for playing with options at this moment need to be significantly higher than the reward of playing with the heads as you could end up with nothing. Do people really understand the power of time.
KEY management will not ramp to convert options.
It is unlikely that heads will become worthless.
That said, if KEY can commercialise KN1 quickly (this year or early next) the oppies will generate a tremendous amount of wealth very quickly.
mudguy, the one I would pull you up on is the Otto Energy comparison as I don't feel that KEY carries the same type of risk.
Again, I cant get to into this as the brain is a bit tired..
