Can anyone explain to me how the options work? I am told by CTS...

    Can anyone explain to me how the options work? I am told by CTS that I can buy twice the number of CTS options at $0.005 than I have shares. Does this entitle me at some future point to sell the options at the future existing share price, say 20 cents. Is this a good deal?
