    Aren't they basically 'free' share of VR8 in lieu of cash? The options structure helps prevent the shares from being dumped straight away (12 months escrow after the options are converted), which would destroy the current SP.

    That's the way I understand it, but someone smarter may correct me if I'm wrong.
