The new shares should be in your Link Market Services account. If you don't have one, you need to create one.

It doesn't automatically go into your Commsec account..

You then need to do a transfer of shares into your Commsec account.

I'm with NABTrade, and there is a button to do this transfer... Issuer to CHESS conversion, filling in exact details along with your Security Reference Number (SRN)
